good -
akship, ketchikan, alaska kids love bean bag toss. Love the pirate ship. It is small so putting it on a table worked. The holes need to be larger so the little ones don't get so frustrated. also I put a little rubber end on the stick that helps it stand so it didn't fall over so much, they are chucking bean bags at it :-) |
lots of fun -
jsp, ny used for our annual family pirate party. it was lots of fun for all ages. we established lines at various distances for different ages. the grandchildren got it out on their own to play with several times later during their visit. |
Fun but flawed -
Nathan, Orlando, FL Appealing but needs some improvements. The small holes and nearly-upright position of the board make it very very difficult to score, even when you're just a foot away from it. The image is very cute, as are the different bean bags themselves, but the whole game needs to be just a little bigger. If you warn players that it's supposed to be very hard to score, that helps a little. I hear the Jack-O-Lantern Bean Bag Toss Game has the same problems, but that one is even cuter, with larger holes. 3-Stars for the Pirate version though. |
Great game -
Laurie, Gilbert, AZ I bought this for my son's 4th birthday party. He started playing with it long before the party started and keeps practicing. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to play at the party, but my son still plays with it now. |
Pleasing -
OJS, MI My 3-year old Grandson loved this bean-bag pirate toss game. I was glad that the game arrived in plenty of time for me to wrap and deliver to an lovable little boy. I rated it 4 on educational only because we see educational as reading & writing. The truth is, it will help develop his hand-eye coordination which is good because he is a very sport orientated little boy. What fun! |
