I need to tell you that I am SUPER impressed with Century Novelty!

I recently ordered 1200 surfboard key chains.  I rec'd them in good time,
but was 8 dozen (8 packages) short of the full 1200.  In addition, 19 of
the other key chains were cracked or had come apart to the point of being
unusable.

I reported the issue, and was informed within hours that, not only would
the 8 dozen key chains be sent, the 19 broken ones would be replaced.
And your company didn't even ask me to send back the broken key chains!
(I had saved every package and cardboard top, and was prepared to send
them to prove my claim.)

I know there are people who would lie to get more product.  I'm not one
of those, but it was very refreshing not to have it even come up!

This week I rec'd the replacement key chains.  Every one of the 115 came,
and every one is in good condition.  I'm delighted!

This may not sound like much, but I had previously ordered 1500 of the
same key chains from another company.  I was short at least a dozen, and
had 4 dozen that weren't usable.  In all fairness, I didn't call the
company.  It had taken me several months to count them all and affix my
book promo tag to them, and I figured they'd tell me "too bad."

However, I now will do business only with your company, so long as you
have what I need.  Thank you for knowing what customer service is, and
for honoring it!
