I am writing to let you know about my experience with
your company.
I ordered a few days ago and last night it came. I am
always leary about ordering from new sites and yours
was no different, but the price was right and I needed
it right away.
I was very pleased with the way your company kept me
informed by email of every step and just now I got one
saying it was delivered. I ordered about $12 worth so
it's not like I was a VIP customer.
I am a true believer that if you get poor service the
only way to complain is to not spend your money at
that establishment anymore, which I have practiced the
last 5 to 6 years. I also believe that if there is
exceptional service they should also be told. This is
what I'm doing today.
I recommend your site to anyone and they will not be
disappointed in any way if they get the service I got.
